I have been quiet lately, right?  Today at the sale different guys that read our page asked why have we not been writing.  I can give many reasons.  One is we are completing a few projects that I have been working on for, in some cases, for years.  One is the Universal Condition Report.  I just finished it and you will love it.  Designed by us on the best platform with no holds barred.

It is made for dealers and dealers only.  Easy to use and has features that only one of us could employ;  a desirability index that helps sellers and buyers convert at a higher percentage, and it includes a value impact box that tells the user what we need to know about the unit, what equipment it has…but also…what it doesn’t have so you don’t break your brain reading through insanity to figure it out.  It will show clearly, if it has Nav or none, heated seats or none, third seat or none, bad \Car Fax or not, 22s” or not, boards or not, previous paint or not, and so on and so on.  You will love it, but Lord in Heaven was it torture putting it into a format.

I know what a difference this makes because there is no 50 dealers combined in the Country that have sold more units using simulcast.  I can tell you it is super.  It’s where we are going and I want all of you to be able to participate in the broad market.

Bid Nez is close behind.  It is a  SAT Test equivalent.  It will expose your automotive IQ.  It will become your professional credentials.  It requires the user to log on to any auction that employs our Universal Condition Report and you enter 50 proxy bids of your choice, they are not activated unless you chose to, but you have to do 50.  At the end of the day your cumulative score, high and low, is automatically calculated.  Your score is the total you missed the actual selling price.  The winner gets a free car.  Starting to understand?  Wild.  A “game” changer.  Everybody stands to win and your knowledge, or lack there of, will be exposed.

Besides that, the market absolutely sucks, there is nobody with any balls at the sale which indicates that there is nobody,  in this 575 empirical score world we live in, interested in or able to buy cars.   God do I mis the Russians.  God do I miss the Arabs.  God to I miss 100,000 mile units that bring more than 20,000 mile units.  Uh, the good old days.  I liked it better when the Euro was worth 175.  I liked it better when the world liked our trash.
