The market was not anywhere close to what it has been this past week but good ones, sellable ones, creamers, remain as hot as lava. Dealers all are saying the same thing "I can't find the cars I need". Well let me tell you a little something about a little something. This is a 1,000 car week for our crew and you are the benefactor.
We have pinched off a nice little group of 250 fat, very desirable units to start the week at
Columbus Fair. The overall line up is diverse, fat and deep. They are exactly the kind on
merch dealers are not able to find. They
are in the works, the staff at CFAA is working day and night getting the UCRs done,
priced to the market to guarantee sell every unit that hits the block is
sold.
The goal here is a sell-out, absolute 100% sold MADE sale. We sold 98% last sale and we have every
intention of selling 100% this sale. So
concentrate on Wednesday for now and watch what an absolute sale looks
like.
This is not a fugasi absolute sale that sells (or doesn’t
sell)$100 cars or reshuffled, reduchced auction hogs that only a nit wit would
bid on. These are trades straight off
the street that are not found anywhere else.
This is the real Mombo Jombo, the real thing.
And make no mistake when the auctioneer turns on the
microphone, it is game time. Tighten up the jock straps and give an extra tug, we have
exactly what you want and they will all be going home with a new owner before
the auctioneer turns off the mic. If you
miss it don’t blame me, I told you so. It
is a show that simply does not happen anywhere else in America.
For Friday we will have 600 units that are in or coming in
and I have three days to find the other 150 that will complete a 1,000 unit week. We did it once before and I really didn’t
think it could be repeated, especially in a liquid hot market that everybody
says they can’t find cars. I have the
pedal to the medal and I think we will get there.
