We have 700 units in the Big House in the AM and the auction
was unable to get the CRs done. Here’s
what I have to say. Buy with NO
FEAR. We have a couple hundred units
without CRs. If you have specific
questions on anything Call A Spotter, I have professionals that will walk to
the unit with a paint meter and a brain and answer anything you want to know,
it is recorded and I guarantee whatever they are telling you. If you don’t use a spotter, there is no CR
and you want to buy, do this; buy with No Fear.
I will back you
regardless of the issue. I am here to do
business and make the sourcing issue my problem, not yours. I am not running. Me and my 200 people have been and will be
here for the long run. Take that to the
bank.
