Attention all Dealers! New lanes for Friday, here we go. Pay attention

Ours lanes have been changed for this Friday in Manheim.  We are now selling bell to bell in lanes 25 and 26.  We are selling 300 low mile Imports in 24 and 300 domestics in 25.  They are all in well-arranged logical order so you will be able to see and bid on exactly what you want without waiting all day for stragglers to pop in.  There is a spectacular grouping of units that can’t be found at any other location in North America…and they all will have a new owner…no no-sales, by early afternoon Friday.

The 300 lane 24 cars and trucks breakdown like this: 100 Domestic cars and trucks in 24 STARTING AT 9AM.  So pay attention Mid-West different time zone simulcast buyers.  The triple D stuff is coming in early.  Don’t be whining later that you missed them, We are starting in lane 24 with Domestics at 9AM.  Travis and Paully will be running that lane.    The Domestics will be followed by the “mileage challenged units”.  There will be 80-100 higher mile price adjusted units in here, typically what we were selling after-noon previously.  This group is followed by higher mile imports that we have always run at the end of my import lane.  This is now going to shift the lane directly across from me.

So we have 500-600 trade-ins, not reshuffled auctions stacked up and ready to rumble for the new lane configuration.  Based on where the Domestics are coming in you should do yourself a favor and pay attention because it is completely illogical, the wrong end of the building, you should rip some cars.  Because one thing is certain, we will be selling regardless of circumstances.

In two weeks we will be ready to roll with the pilot. We are using AWG simulcast for MADE auctions. The question at this second is which CR we will be using. I like the Universal CR better than Insight because we can use the UCR to mitigate after sale concerns. I would love to get you the ap to give me your opinion.

Glad to hear you finally got early numbers! Unfortunately, the auction market still seems to be in the toilet. But I'm guessing that you own them appropriately with the horrible market condition taken into consideration. Hope you sell well and make a bunch of money!

Thanks Mike, yes we got earlier numbers but at the wrong end of the building. Thank God for simulcast or we would be road kill. Without simulcast what we do would not function
