I spoke to a dealer that is a Trade in Marketplace Buying Center today, and got an idea that you will like

A dealer I sell a lot of cars to at the auction every week called me  in reference to a problem that the post sale department said they wouldn’t help him with because he was over the time line by a day even though he paid for the post sale and  the car lost at the auction for a week.  As usual the auction tells him to call me because “they can’t help him but Hollenshead will” (!@#$%^&*()_)(*&^%$#@!). 

In the process of sorting out the problem, which could have been taken care of in a second at the post sale level, he told me he is a Buying Center  with the Trade in Marketpklace.   He thanked me for taking care of his issue and asked what we have to do with the Trade in Marketplace.  I told him that we our company designed, built and operates it.  He told me that is better than sliced bread and that he is buying 50-70 units per month and attributes  at least $150,000 ROI per month from TIM.   He says TIM  is the greatest thing he has ever seen.  He buys cars at his lot that private seller bring to him with no auction fee, no transportation, and he has total control of the purchase.  Plus he says the leads that he gets as part of being a buying center cuts way back on what he has to spend on advertising.  He has hired 3 people that just handle TIM purchases and sales leads.  He  also mentioned  he is saving $700 per purchase just in what he would be paying in auction fees and another $150 in transportation per unit. 

After telling me how well he is doing he asked me not to tell anyone because he didn’t want the price to go up or have others in his area get a buying center as well.    It’s a great feeling to see what we envisioned in action and truly helping dealers succeed.

Here is another lost and found story...bought this unit from you a month ago...still no title....the auction says only seller can help:) would appreciate if you could check on that...the unit is awaiting export but that can't be done 'cause no title. Thanks

Thanks for being patient. All cars have titles, some just take longer than others to get. I only buy trade ins. I pay up front without the titles, that's one of the main reasons I buy 800 cars per week, they like my laser beam checks (not me).

I just checked on this unit. It was traded at a local Mercedes Store, right across the street from my house, and it should be in today. Thanks
