To register as a consumer no need of dealer information.

Mobile carrier - Why do we ask that you identify your mobile carrier? Registered users may elect to receive security alerts and vehicle alerts via text message. Our system uses the email-to-SMS protocol; under this protocol, each carrier uses a different gateway address for delivery. Identifying your carrier enables us to deliver your alerts to the gateway address of your carrier.
