Robert started his wholesale operation in 1972 in Philadelphia, PA. He is the largest independent wholesale car dealer in history, with annual revenues approaching $500,000,000.00. He has profound knowledge of the psychology of both sides of the business, wholesale and retail. Since the mid-80’s Jim has worked side by side on various projects with Hollenshead, including co-founding  WreckCheck Inc. (a precursor to CarFax), CallaSpotter, LLC.  a remote pre-auction inspection service, and Auction Logistics, LLC., an auction facilitation and transportation company.   From 2010 to 2014, he played a critical role as CFO in the BuyBook Technologies acquisition by Cox/Manheim.

Travis is the future of the company and the heir to the throne.  But, that doesn’t stop him from rolling up his sleeves and getting into it.  On any given day, he’s not just in the office.  He can be found in the wash bay, buffing bay,  chasing down a title, or directing traffic to keep the flow of 800-1,000 units a week moving through recon and over to their numbers at Manheim.  You’ll see him in the lanes, you’ll see him on the lot, he’s all over the place.  He has Hosale in his blood. 

  

Maryann has been with Hollenshead since 1989 and became a partner in 2003.

For more than two decades, Maryann has been responsible for overseeing all admin functions.  She started in the Auto Auction business as a teenager at Hatfield Auto Auction in 1980.  Growing up the only daughter with five brothers, her management and people skills were honed at a young age in preparation for the Hollenshead business environment.

As the in-house attorney for R. Hollenshead Auto Sales, Matt represents the company as its general counsel, acts as its corporate compliance officer and performs general in-house legal services.  Matt's early focus on international law and practice landed him in the corporate department at the Frankfurt, Germany office of Ashurst Morris Crisp, a leading M&A and private equity law firm in Europe.  Following this pursuit, he joined the in-house legal department of Residential Warranty Company and the Parmer Group in Harrisburg, PA where he carried on a general corporate practice with a particular focus on insurance and regulatory matters.
