Since the mid-80’s Jim has worked side by side on various projects with Hollenshead, including co-founding  WreckCheck Inc. (a precursor to CarFax), CallaSpotter, LLC.  a remote pre-auction inspection service, and Auction Logistics, LLC., an auction facilitation and transportation company.   From 2010 to 2014, he played a critical role as CFO in the BuyBook Technologies acquisition by Cox/Manheim. 

His extensive knowledge of finance coupled with a keen automotive background makes him a perfect fit as CFO for the nearly dozen divisions in the Hollenshead group of Companies.
