As the in-house attorney for R. Hollenshead Auto Sales, Matt represents the company as its general counsel, acts as its corporate compliance officer and performs general in-house legal services.  Matt's early focus on international law and practice landed him in the corporate department at the Frankfurt, Germany office of Ashurst Morris Crisp, a leading M&A and private equity law firm in Europe.  Following this pursuit, he joined the in-house legal department of Residential Warranty Company and the Parmer Group in Harrisburg, PA where he carried on a general corporate practice with a particular focus on insurance and regulatory matters.

A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and Widener University School of Law, Matt has published scholarly articles in the areas of international law and admiralty, election law, labor relations law, and construction law, and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Matt's first car, a 1966 Mustang, was his dream car and is currently undergoing its second restoration on his watch.
